Please contact us for the return procedure depending on the part to be returned and the distance.

 

Komo Return Policy (Product & New Part):

You must notify us that you wish to return a product or part within 30 days of the invoice date.

You must return it to Komo Creation Inc. in new condition and at your own expense.

The product or part will be inspected and then credited in the same way it was paid.

The product or part will not be considered new if it has been installed.

Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
